You'll be the caring voice that guides them from enrollment through graduation, providing a positive experience and exceeding their expectations. With a strong work ethic and a passion for customer service, you'll be responsible for responding promptly to client requests, anticipating their needs, and delivering exceptional service in a high-volume call center environment. **What You'll Do** As a Customer Service Representative, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives.
