**Job Summary**

As a Customer Service Representative at Arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers through various channels to provide timely, effective, and professional responses to their inquiries. You will be responsible for identifying customer needs, suggesting products and services, and resolving product or service problems in a prompt and courteous manner. **Key Responsibilities**

β€’ Identify customer needs and suggest products and services that meet their requirements
β€’ Maintain and modify customer records, utilizing various databases to verify and retrieve data while responding to order inquiries, placing new and/or re-orders
β€’ Resolve product or service problems by selecting the appropriate action to expedite the immediate resolution while delivering optimal customer experience
β€’ Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
β€’ Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support
β€’ Stay up-to-date on product and service offerings, as well as industry trends and best practices

**Essential Qualifications**

β€’ High school diploma or equivalent (HS/GED)
β€’ 1 year of customer service experience (or equivalent)
β€’ Basic knowledge of computers and software applications
β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
β€’ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
β€’ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
β€’ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Preferred Qualifications**

β€’ 2+ years of customer service experience
β€’ Experience working in a call center or customer-facing environment
β€’ Knowledge of CRM software and database management
β€’ Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
