**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative & Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our team's efforts to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain accurate records. Your responsibilities will include:
* Answering phone calls in a helpful and productive manner, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Performing daily data entry into QuickBooks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
* Creating and sending friendly collection reminders to customers via email and phone.
* Following up with prospective clients regularly to ensure timely responses and conversions.
* Communicating with clients and potential customers via phone, email, and other channels.
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, including customer information, invoices, and payment history.
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* **Knowledge/Skills:**
+ Proficiency with QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
+ Exceptional listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
