**Your Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative / Data Entry Specialist at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in ensuring seamless communication with our clients and internal teams. Your key responsibilities will include:

### Customer Service

* Track and resolve customer issues or route them to the appropriate department

### Data Entry & Administrative Support
