**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative - Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a 12-month contract in a remote work environment. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for processing and managing utility-related customer queries, performing data input, account reconciliation, and responding to inquiries while meeting performance metrics. **Key Responsibilities**

* Input and manage customer account data related to utility services
* Investigate and resolve data discrepancies through account reconciliation
* Support external and internal customer service requests
* Meet performance benchmarks and KPI metrics (accuracy, turnaround time, etc.)
* Work collaboratively with team members and participate in occasional onsite meetings
* Support utility-related documentation and reports

**Must-Have Qualifications**

* 1-3 years of customer care (CC) and data entry experience
* Strong attention to detail and analytical capabilities
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, basic formulas)
* Ability to work independently in a remote setting and meet deadlines
* Comfortable working in a performance-tracked environment (KPI-driven)
