You will be required to utilize arenaflex's pharmacy systems to acquire patient and medication data, and your responsibilities may vary depending on the assigned department. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team that is driving innovation and excellence in the industry. **Key Responsibilities** * Utilize arenaflex's solution information passage techniques and rules to process new patient enrollment by entering information into the proper system. * Handle patient medication requests within HIPAA guidelines and enter refill orders for processing. * Investigate to acquire missing medication data, and decipher clinical abbreviations (SIG codes). * Resolve all information passage-related issues with special cases. * Handle correspondence to patients (inbound calls, chats, messages) and resolve outbound decisions to prescribers and patients as necessary. * Resolve External Exceptions by reviewing, gathering data, making revisions, and resubmitting for processing according to individual account requirements. * Resolve phone calls to guarantors and others to obtain data, gain abrogate endorsement, or otherwise resolve External Exceptions. * Provide support to Pharmacists, both those in the office and those in other areas. * Identify and communicate issues to senior-level staff as necessary. * Obtain a valid professional license or certification within the initial 90 days, and maintain a valid professional license or certification. **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent. * Basic computer skills (e.g., start and close down computer, use mouse to point and click, start and close programs, switch between programs, save files, print reports, and access data online). * Basic web search skills to include opening a browser, typing URLs in the address bar, using a search engine, bookmarking a website, navigating back/forward/stop buttons, and completing forms online. * Intermediate-level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing files). * Ability to communicate in writing and verbally. * 18 years old or older. **Preferred Qualifications** * At least one year of pharmacy professional experience in a retail or call center environment. * At least one and a half years of experience as a pharmacy professional with a license/enrollment by the state as granted by the state Board of Pharmacy or widely recognized certification organization. * Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction. * Middle to advanced-level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, designing documents). * Familiarity with Spanish and English. **Skills and Competencies** * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** arenaflex is committed to providing opportunities for career growth and development.
