**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of careerzynith, interacting with customers through phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns. You'll work collaboratively with our team to process customer orders, provide product information, and offer solutions to meet their needs. **Key Responsibilities**
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
* Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns
* Help customers navigate careerzynith's website and online ordering system
* Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
* Collaborate with the team to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional customer service
**Minimum Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
