Our team of approximately 900 dedicated employees is driven by a shared vision to deliver exceptional service, quality, and value to our customers. **Key Responsibilities** As an arenaflex Customer Service Representative (CSR), you'll be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat * Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner * Utilizing computer software and systems to manage customer interactions and resolve issues * Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions * Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues * Staying up-to-date on product and service offerings to provide informed solutions to customers * Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A minimum of one year of experience working in a customer service-related field * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral * Proficiency with computer software and systems, including internet browsers, email, and ability to learn new software * Ability to handle private and confidential information with discretion * A strong work ethic that demonstrates dependability and a commitment to quality * Ability to be thorough and complete in tasks, with a focus on attention to detail **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: * Previous experience working in a call center environment * Excellent conflict resolution skills, with the ability to de-escalate tense situations * Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and systems **Schedule and Work Environment** We're offering flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs, with the following shifts available: * Tuesday through Saturday from 1 pm to 9 pm * Sunday through Thursday from 1 pm to 9 pm As a work-from-home (WAH) employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, while still being connected to our team and resources.
