**About the Role:**
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Home Based Sr. Specialist in Collections team. As a key member of our team, you will interact with guests and negotiate bill preparations for both inbound and outbound collections. You will provide a signature arenaflex experience by treating guests with admiration and appreciation, showing courtesy and friendliness, and spotting various account holder segments and supplying suitable plausible solutions.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Interact with guests and negotiate bill preparations for both inbound and outbound collections
* Provide a Target logo interaction with credit accountholders through treating them with admiration and appreciation, showing courtesy and friendliness, spotting various accountholder segments and supplying suitable plausible solutions
* Responsible for genuine expertise and abiding by all credit regulations and procedures, account fee terms, billing/collections structures and various state and federal laws, guidelines and policies governing credit and collections
* Demonstrate problem-solving abilities through probing or making guidelines for handling of excellent account situations (e.g. bankruptcy, CCC, deceased, legal, fraud, billing disputes, etc.)
* Work in a multi-media environment (emails, telecellsmartphone calls, chat messages, and letters) that's fast-paced and requires prioritization of work accordingly
**About You:**
* High School Diploma or GED
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
* 1-2 years of previous guest experience or customer support experience
* Ability to interact with guests, team members, and internal business partners with a professional, friendly, empathetic style, and deescalate as needed
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including listening, negotiating, and decision-making abilities
* Experience handling escalated guest complaints
* Ability to apply various facts and reasserts to respond to questions, perceive troubles, and as it should be clear up guest problems
* Strong technical abilities, potential to work within a few systems, and high skillability with PC/Microsoft applications
* Access to a home workspace that is clean of noise distractions to perform the role
* Hardwired internet in your home location (Hardwired: using an Ethernet cable to directly connect the Target-issued laptop to the modem or router)
* Meet the minimum bandwidth requirement of 40mbps download/5mbps upload
* Ability to interact through a Target-issued internet digital camera for required meetings, training, and/or interactions
* Ability to securely lift and carry up to twenty-five pounds of equipment
