* Updating and confirming client details in our CRM system (careerzynith Logic)
* Answering simple questions and providing clear, friendly communication to put clients at ease
* Creating a positive and confident first impression that sets the tone for their experience
**What We're Looking For**
* Experience in receptionist, call center, or customer service roles, with a focus on phone-based communication
* A naturally bubbly, upbeat, and positive attitude – you bring the good vibes!
* Comfort with tools like G Suite, Microsoft Office, and CRM software (careerzynith Logic is a plus)
* Strong attention to detail – every client matters
* A team player who thrives in a high-energy, supportive environment
