Position Summary As a Customer Service Representative - Client-Facing Team Lead at Blithequark, you will serve as a single point of contact for our clients, responding to their service requests and issues in a fast-paced call center environment. Your primary goal will be to deliver first-call resolutions for 90-95% of inquiries by accurately identifying, researching, and resolving issues based on the initial phone call, letter, or email from the client. Key Responsibilities Respond to client service requests and issues, including enrollment and billing, commissions, technical support, install/group administration, and all other routine customer service inquiries. Deliver first-call resolution for 90-95% of inquiries by accurately identifying, researching, and resolving issues based on the initial phone call/letter/email from the client. Develop and maintain technical acumen to effectively address client concerns and provide solutions. Utilize process improvement and root-cause analysis methodologies to enhance client experience and streamline service delivery. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall service quality. Document and track client interactions, issues, and resolutions in our CRM system. Adhere to Blithequark's Heart At Work Behaviors and company policies to ensure a positive and productive work environment. Essential Qualifications High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. Prior call center experience preferred. Capability to develop technical acumen and adapt to new systems and processes. Strong client-facing orientation and exceptional customer service skills. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience with process improvement and root-cause analysis methodologies is a plus. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field. Experience in healthcare or a related industry.
