**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative - Claims (Total Loss) at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service to our policyholders and claimants
* Assisting customers with new and existing claims via telephone, ensuring a seamless and efficient claims process
* Processing letters to those involved in the claims process, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
* Issuing payments to insureds, claimants, and vendors, ensuring timely and accurate disbursements
* Adjusting losses for a variety of claims, excluding bodily injury, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
**Job Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent education
* Previous customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
* Previous insurance background is a plus, but not required
* After hire, you'll be required to obtain a state insurance license and meet continuing education requirements to maintain your license (comprehensive training will be provided)
