**Job Description**
We're searching for qualified customer service representatives with personality and people skills to join our team. As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service to our customers over the phone and in person
* Taking and processing orders accurately and efficiently
* Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
* Collaborating with our team to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
* Participating in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge

* Operate all equipment, including cash registers, credit card machines, and pizza ovens
* Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler
* Prepare product, including making pizzas and salads
* Receive and process telephone orders
* Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
* Clean equipment and facility daily
**Communication Skills**
* Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
* Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
**Essential Functions/Skills**
* Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
* Must be able to make correct monetary change
* Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
* Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately with speed
* Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
* Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
* Occasional crouching, squatting, bending, or stairs while performing job tasks
* Must maintain clean and proper uniform per arenaflex standards
