**Job Summary**

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the frontline support for our valued customers, ensuring they have a seamless experience. **Key Responsibilities**

**Requirements**

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred

* Ability to handle high call volumes and stressful situations, with a focus on maintaining a positive and professional demeanor
* Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
