Experienced Customer Service Representative – careerzynith

**What You'll Be Doing:**
As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing top-notch customer service to both clients and internal teams through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
* Collaborating with our Sales Department to ensure seamless customer experiences and drive business growth.
* Managing accounts receivable duties, including calling on outstanding accounts, processing credits and exchanges, and resolving account conflicts through our escalation process.
* Performing basic data entry and other administrative tasks to support our operations.
* Partnering with our internal teams to provide administrative support and contribute to a positive work environment.
**Qualifications:**
We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual with:
* 2 years of Customer Service experience in an administrative setting (prior Accounts Receivable experience is highly encouraged).
* A High School diploma or GED equivalent (a degree in a related field is a plus).
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including professional telephone and email etiquette.
* Essential skills: active listening, responsiveness, and a personable approach.
* Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
* Strong time management and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
* A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically in a dynamic environment.
* Basic mathematical skills, including adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing.
* The ability to lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally carry parcels or packages, walk short distances, and sit for extended periods.
