**Responsibilities**

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

* Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
* Handling accounts receivable, including invoicing, payments, and follow-up
* Performing basic accounting and data entry tasks
* Utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook to manage customer information and communicate with internal teams
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues
* Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge

**Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* A high school diploma or equivalent
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Ability to learn and utilize our proprietary software and systems
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
