**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone (inbound and outbound), email, and chat, ensuring that every interaction is professional, timely, and tailored to their needs.

**First Week: In-Office Training**
Before transitioning to a remote work environment, you'll spend the first week of your position in our office, where you'll receive comprehensive training and onboarding. This will include:

**Experience and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment

* Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to analyze customer needs and preferences
* Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm and composed under pressure
* Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus, but not required
