**Experienced Customer Service Representative - Call Center**

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for Broker Services clients, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met. You will be responsible for answering phone calls, booking rides, and responding to inquiries from the general public.
