Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at careerzynith. As a key member of our Customer Service & Transportation Team, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer experiences that drive loyalty and retention. If you're a customer-focused individual with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn and grow, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
Developing and cultivating strong working relationships with sales, operations, quality control, finance, and accounting teams to meet corporate goals and provide industry-best customer experiences.
Receiving and effectively addressing incoming customer calls, providing price and availability information, and converting customer requests or quotes into sales orders.
Researching existing quotes and orders, assigning new requests to proper quotes or sales orders when applicable, and cross-training in other functions within the Customer Service & Transportation Team.
Providing backup to other team members as required, including training new coworkers and performing other duties as assigned.
