**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients and customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions
* Respond to and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate and efficient order fulfillment
* Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and transactions
* Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
* Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

**Essential Qualifications:**

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Steel-toe shoes required for warehouse work
