Our culture thrives on innovation, teamwork, and a people-first approach, making us an ideal place to build a career. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for: β€’ Troubleshooting applications and proprietary systems via phone and chat, providing technical support to up to 2 clients simultaneously β€’ Documenting tickets clearly for 2nd line teams to resolve, ensuring seamless handovers and efficient issue resolution β€’ Participating in in-house technical training, backed up by real-time support from peers and subject matter experts β€’ Collaborating with global partners to build strong relationships and deliver exceptional customer experiences β€’ Prioritizing workload and multitasking to meet performance targets and goals, while maintaining focus on all areas of responsibility β€’ Consistently meeting or exceeding performance targets and goals correlated with customer service and call/chat handling **What We’re Looking For** We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative with: β€’ 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the Banking and Finance industry β€’ Excellent client care and customer service skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences β€’ Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize workload and multitask β€’ Ability to work well in a team environment, building relationships with global partners and colleagues β€’ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to consistently meet or exceed performance targets and goals β€’ Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and continuously learn and grow **Essential Qualifications** β€’ High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications) preferred β€’ 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the Banking and Finance industry β€’ Excellent client care and customer service skills β€’ Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize workload and multitask β€’ Ability to work well in a team environment, building relationships with global partners and colleagues β€’ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills **Preferred Qualifications** β€’ Experience with chat channels and technology call centers β€’ Knowledge of proprietary systems and applications β€’ Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., CSM, CRM) β€’ Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you will need: β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills β€’ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills β€’ Ability to multitask and prioritize workload β€’ Strong organizational and time management skills β€’ Ability to work well in a team environment and build relationships with global partners and colleagues β€’ Excellent customer service skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we believe in continuous learning and career growth.
