**Job Summary**

As a Customer Service Representative on our Bank of America Operations Support team, you'll be responsible for providing quality service and efficient operations support to our clients and internal stakeholders. You'll handle routine and standard transactions according to established procedures and prescribed processes, while also demonstrating operational discipline and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Process transactions according to established procedures and prescribed processes
* Demonstrate operational discipline while handling routine and standard operational functions
* Cover one or more operations functional areas, such as analyses, report generation, opening new accounts, trade processing, payment processing, and data entry
* Assist with phone calls, email boxes, and processing queues
* Employ a high risk and fraud prevention mindset to ensure the security of client accounts and minimize risk/loss to the company
* Process financial service transactions, including federal funds wire transfers, 529 College Savings Plan distributions, direct rollovers, and other verbal eligible transactions
* Utilize strong research skills, apply best practices, and leverage past experiences to resolve issues and improve processes
