**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* **High School Diploma or Equivalent**: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
* **Minimum Age**: You must be at least 18 years old.
* **Technical Skills**: Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies.
* **Physical Ability**: Ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift, carry and handle luggage.
* **Airport Requirements**: Potential to acquire a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements for badging.
* **Work Authorization**: Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
* **Attendance and Appearance**: Ability to meet the company's attendance requirements and uniform and appearance standards.
