As a customer service representative at careerzynith, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with our domestic and international customers in our lobbies and at gates. You'll be responsible for providing a pleasant, expert, assured, and insightful career to help resolve customer travel issues and make their journey memorable. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Interact with customers in a kind and beneficial manner, crafting memorable experiences and building customer loyalty and retention
* Step up and anticipate customer needs while maintaining a strong sense of responsibility, even in challenging situations
* Work daily with a safety mentality, ensuring the highest standards of safety and security for yourself and your colleagues
* Navigate complex situations with composure and adaptability, resolving issues while maintaining a positive attitude
* Collaborate with others, assisting your colleagues and supporting them in achieving success with new processes and technologies

**Essential Qualifications:**
* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
* Minimum of 18 years old
* Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies
* Physical ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift, as well as carry and handle luggage
* Potential to acquire a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements for badging
* Legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
* Ability to meet the company's attendance requirements and uniform and appearance standards
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups
* Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support
* Basic knowledge of aviation industry practices and procedures
