**Key Responsibilities**
As the face of our customer, you'll be responsible for:
* Interacting with customers in a kind and beneficial manner to craft memorable experiences and build customer loyalty and retention.
* Stepping up and anticipating customer needs while maintaining a strong sense of responsibility, even in challenging situations.
* Working every day with a safety mentality by ensuring we maintain the highest standards of safety and security.
* Navigating complex situations with composure and adaptability, while maintaining a positive attitude and resolving customer issues efficiently.
* Collaborating with colleagues to achieve success, supporting new processes and technologies, and contributing to a positive team environment.
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
* A minimum of 18 years old.
* Comfort working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies.
* Physical ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift, as well as carry and handle luggage.
* Potential to acquire a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements for badging.
* Legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
* Ability to meet the company's attendance requirements and uniform and appearance standards.
