**Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers in a kind and beneficial manner to craft memorable experiences. Your duties will include:

* Interacting with customers in a friendly and helpful manner to resolve travel issues and build customer loyalty
* Stepping up to meet customer needs while maintaining a strong sense of responsibility
* Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve success and implement new processes and technologies

**Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
* Minimum of 18 years old
* Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies
* Physical ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift, as well as carry and handle luggage
* Potential to acquire a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements for badging
* Legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
* Ability to meet arenaflex's attendance requirements and uniform and appearance standards
