**The Role**
As an careerzynith Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers via phone, email, and chat. Your primary responsibility will be to educate and answer questions regarding warranty claims, ensuring that customers receive the support they need to resolve their issues efficiently.
