**Job Description**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for inbound and outbound phone calls, educating and answering questions regarding the customer's warranty. You'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service and resolving conflicts in a fast-paced call center environment. **Key Responsibilities**
* Answer inbound and outbound phone calls, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues related to their warranty

**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
* 3+ years of experience working in a customer service role with conflict resolution
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to talk and write with confidence, charisma, and competence
