**The Role**

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

* Handling inbound and outbound phone calls to educate and answer customer questions about their warranties
* Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and escalating concerns as needed
* Working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
* Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and informed responses
* Meeting and exceeding performance metrics, including call volume, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction

**Requirements**

* High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
* 3+ years of experience working in a customer service role with conflict resolution
* Experience in the automotive industry is a plus, with exposure to vehicle repair shop procedures and practices, including labor guides and part pricing
