**Experienced Customer Service Representative – Automotive Recall Support (Call Center)**

You will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound calls, scheduling appointments for airbag recall services, and providing dealership information. You will also assist customers with warranty inquiries, radio code troubleshooting, and recall details.
