As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. **Key Responsibilities:** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service in a positive and approachable manner * Maintaining a clean, well-stocked store environment for customers during their shopping experience * Assisting with the unloading of merchandise from delivery trucks, organizing merchandise, and transporting merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor * Independently stocking shelves and recovering merchandise in the store * Accurately handling customer funds and processing transactions using the POS system * Remaining constantly aware of customer activity to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment * Performing all other duties as assigned to maintain an effective and profitable store operation **Position Requirements:** * Education: Prefer completion of high school or equivalent. Ability to follow directives and interpret retail operational documents as assigned * Experience: Prefer experience working in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environments * Physical Requirements: Ability to regularly lift up to 40lbs.
