Our arenaflex Healthcare Support Team is a dynamic and fast-paced environment that is dedicated to providing world-class support to our members. **Job Summary** As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our members through inbound calls, emails, and other communication channels. You will be the primary point of contact for our members, answering questions and resolving issues related to their healthcare plans, medication coverage, and mail-order solutions.
