**Job Summary**

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers through inbound calls, emails, and other communication channels. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their needs. **Key Responsibilities**

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
* Provide personalized support to customers through inbound calls, emails, and other communication channels
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers
* Work closely with our training team to develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services
* Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
* Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements to enhance customer experience

**Essential Qualifications**

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Basic computer skills and proficiency in Windows-based applications

**Preferred Qualifications**

* 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
* Experience working in a healthcare or insurance industry
* Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
* Certification in customer service or a related field
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
