**Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing timely and accurate information to incoming client calls and product knowledge requests
* Identifying, processing, and assessing client needs according to established policies and procedures
* Handling complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives, and following up to ensure resolution
* Partnering with other teams to meet and exceed client's service expectations
* Admitting patients and handling medical records entries accurately
* Entering and updating client and patient information into practice computer software
* Preparing health certificates, immunization certificates, laboratory requests, and euthanasia forms
* Processing payments/client invoices for services performed
* Receiving and relaying telephone, fax, and email messages accurately and promptly
* Answering telephones and handling calls quickly, efficiently, and in a professional and friendly manner using a multi-line system

You'll be required to work in a fast-paced environment, using standard office equipment, including computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
**Physical Demands**
The physical demands of this role include:
* Regularly talking or hearing
* Frequently sitting, standing, walking, using hands, and reaching with hands and arms
* Lifting and carrying items weighing up to 40 pounds up or down one flight of stairs
**Position Type and Expected Hours of Work**
This is a full-time position, with shifts and hours of work Monday through Sunday. You must be able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.

No travel is expected for this position.
**Required Education and Experience**
* High school degree
* Previous client service experience is desirable
* Computer experience
