As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for communicating with customers via phone, email, and chat to assist with inquiries and resolve issues. You will also be required to analyze customer needs and book engineer visits accordingly, perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, and uphold phone etiquette standards when interacting with customers.
