Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support Work flexible shifts, including Saturdays and Sundays, to meet the needs of our customers and business Lift and carry 50+ pounds as required, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment Develop and maintain productive trust relationships with customers, driving sales and growth through excellent service and support Maintain displays and store presentations in a presentable condition at all times, ensuring a positive and welcoming environment for customers Utilize computer systems, including POS and Microsoft Office, to efficiently process transactions and maintain accurate records Upsell and cross-sell products and services to drive sales and growth, demonstrating a strong understanding of our products and services Build and maintain a positive and supportive work environment, contributing to the success and growth of our team Essential Qualifications A friendly and energetic personality with a strong customer service focus Availability to work flexible shifts, including Saturdays and Sundays Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Comfortable using computer systems, including typing and basic software applications Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds as required Highly motivated, with a strong desire to learn and grow in a retail environment Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a retail setting, particularly at blithequark Retail experience, with a strong understanding of sales and customer service principles Knowledge of POS systems and Microsoft Office, especially Publisher Certified Notary Public (Preferred) Career Growth and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
