Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service/Data Entry specialist at Blithequark, you will be responsible for: Responding to customer inquiries and providing timely and effective solutions to their problems Entering customer information into our database with precision and efficiency, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Managing and updating records as needed, ensuring that our data is current and accurate Assisting in data collection and organization for various projects, including data analysis and reporting Utilizing Excel to create and manage spreadsheets, including pivot tables, to analyze and present data Performing clerical tasks to support the administrative team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing documents Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless customer service operations and resolving customer issues efficiently Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite , particularly Excel, with the ability to create and manage spreadsheets, including pivot tables Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize your work Familiarity with computerized systems for data entry and retrieval, including databases and spreadsheets Ability to work effectively in a team environment , collaborating with colleagues to resolve customer issues and achieve team goals Nice-to-Have Skills We also welcome candidates with: Experience working with pivot tables in Excel , including creating and managing complex spreadsheets Previous customer service experience , including handling customer inquiries and resolving issues Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
