**Key Responsibilities**
As a Work From Home Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat, providing accurate and helpful information about products, services, and promotions
* Guiding customers through the ordering process, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience
* Resolving post-order inquiries regarding delivery, billing, and shipping, demonstrating a high level of problem-solving skills
* Utilizing a range of software tools to address customer inquiries, staying up-to-date with the latest technology and systems
* Collaborating with external shipping contractors to resolve international customer concerns

**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of two years of experience in retail, service, or customer service industries
* Basic math skills, with the ability to compute refunds, discounts, and percentages accurately
* Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to clearly and concisely communicate in writing and speech, as well as listen to and interpret customer needs
* Excellent organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills
* Flexibility with a full-time schedule, including shift assignments on weekends and evenings
* A keen eye for detail and a high level of accuracy
* Experience working under pressure in a high-volume environment, upholding standards for productivity, quality, and service
* A working knowledge of MS Office Suite and Internet Explorer
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
* Fluency in one of the following languages: English, Spanish, Japanese, Korean, or Russian
* Previous experience working with luxury goods or in a similar customer-facing role
* Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and customer service software
