You'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring that every interaction is a positive experience. Your passion for customer happiness, combined with your technical skills and adaptability, will make you an invaluable asset to our team. **Responsibilities** * Respond to presale inquiries by phone, email, and online chat regarding fit, fashion trends/styles, product availability, and specials.
