You'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring that every interaction is a positive experience. Your passion for customer happiness, combined with your technical skills and adaptability, will make you an invaluable asset to our team. **Responsibilities** * Respond to presale inquiries by phone, email, and online chat regarding fit, fashion trends/styles, product availability, and specials. Guide customers through the ordering procedure online. * Post-order inquiries regarding delivery, billing, and shipping should be addressed and resolved. * Utilize a range of software tools to address client inquiries. * Assist consumers with both domestic and international concerns by working with outside shipping contractors. **Requirements** * **Basic Requirements** + High school graduation or its equivalent + Two or more years of experience in the retail, service, or customer service industries + Proficient in basic math with the ability to compute refunds before and after discounts, and apply specified percentages, tiered promotional codes, and partial discounts to orders + Exceptional communication skills, including the capacity to clearly and concisely communicate in writing and speech as well as to listen to and interpret customer needs + Excellent organizational, time-management, and prioritization abilities + Flexibility with a full-time schedule, including shift assignments on weekends and evenings + A keen eye for detail and a high level of accuracy + Experience working under pressure in a high-volume environment while upholding standards for productivity, quality, and service + A working knowledge of MS Office Suite and Internet Explorer * **Preferred Qualifications** + Fluency in one of the following languages: English, Spanish, Japanese, Korean, or Russian **Why Join arenaflex?** * **Competitive Compensation**: Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets, with a base pay ranging from $31,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $53,600/year in our highest geographic market. * **Total Compensation Package**: In addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, you may be eligible for equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation as part of a total compensation package. * **Career Growth Opportunities**: arenaflex is committed to employee growth and development, offering training programs, mentorship, and opportunities for advancement. * **Diverse and Inclusive Work Environment**: We value diversity and encourage individuals from all backgrounds to apply.
