Job Overview
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to individuals seeking to travel, use cargo or baggage services. You will work in a supportive spirit to ensure the success of our organization, handling all aspects of ticketing and check-in, boarding, baggage services, reservations, and resolving related complaints and issues. Your duties will include greeting and handling customers in a courteous and friendly manner, handling cash, checks, credit cards, travel vouchers, and coupons as forms of payment for tickets, and processing transactions, making change, and balancing daily transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Offer friendly support to and maintain positive relationships with all internal and external customers
Work in a supportive spirit to ensure the success of our organization
Provide exceptional customer service to individuals seeking to travel, use cargo or baggage services
Handle all aspects of ticketing and check-in, boarding, baggage services, reservations, and resolving related complaints and issues
Greet and handle customers in a courteous and friendly manner
Handle cash, checks, credit cards, travel vouchers, and coupons as forms of payment for tickets
Process transactions, make change, and balance daily transactions
Check in baggage and cargo
Answer phone calls to provide information to guests, page customers, resolve issues or complaints, and assist as needed
Handle transactions necessary to board the aircraft in a timely and efficient manner
Manage upset customers due to oversells, delayed or canceled flights, lost, delayed, or damaged baggage
Resolve issues quickly and within guidelines established by the organization


Essential Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will need to be flexible and able to adapt to changing situations, with a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service. You will also need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, preferably in an airport or airline environment
Knowledge of airline operations, including ticketing, check-in, and baggage handling
Ability to speak multiple languages
Experience working with electronic retail systems and other technology
High school diploma or equivalent required, with a degree in a related field preferred
