Essential Qualifications
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
Minimum of 18 years old
Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies
Physical ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift, as well as carry and handle luggage
Able to obtain a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements for badging
Legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
Able to meet the company's attendance requirements and uniform and appearance standards

Previous customer service experience in the airline industry or a related field
