**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Receiving and documenting customer concerns in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring that all relevant information is captured and processed efficiently.
* Ensuring adherence to company procedures and protocols, maintaining consistency in scheduling, modifying, and canceling customer reservations.
* Accurately inputting trip data into our systems, maintaining the integrity of our data and ensuring seamless operations.
* Demonstrating a personal commitment to producing high-quality work, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and resolving member concerns promptly.
* Referencing unresolved customer grievances to the designated department for further investigation and resolution.
* Multitasking effectively and efficiently to extract necessary information from multiple systems, reviewing and educating members on our services and their insurance coverage.
* Providing clear and concise information to members, answering their transportation-related questions, and supporting them in their journey towards achieving positive health outcomes.
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A high school graduate or general education degree (GED)
* 0-2 years of related experience, with a minimum of 6 months of contact center or customer service experience
* Strong organization skills, written, and verbal communication skills
* Ability to type 35wpm or more
* Ability to answer a high volume of calls up to 100 calls per day
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Ability to talk and type simultaneously in a clear and concise manner while interacting with customers
* Ability to work independently under general supervision
* Sound decision-making and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
**Nice-to-haves**
While not required, experience in a service-oriented industry, familiarity with healthcare or transportation services, and proficiency in CRM software would be valuable assets in this role.
