Our mission is to make a positive impact on people's lives by providing innovative solutions that simplify student loan management. **Job Summary** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our clients and customers. You'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, providing timely and professional responses to written communication, and utilizing our CRM system to resolve technical inquiries.
