Our mission is to make a positive impact on the lives of our customers, and we are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment for our employees. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary duties and responsibilities will include: * Handling inbound and outbound customer calls, providing timely and professional responses to customer inquiries * Utilizing CRM systems to resolve customer inquiries and update records with current demographic and contact information * Initiating calls to Federal loan servicers to resolve repayment options for customers with Federal student loans * Comprehending training material on a variety of topics and sharing new concepts and content with colleagues * Adhering to all federal and state laws governing the industry, as well as client Statement of Work standards and company guidelines and policies * Attaining all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monthly performance goals **Requirements** To be a successful Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will need: * A high school diploma or equivalent * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to establish and maintain rapport with customers through effective communication and timely follow-up * Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment * Self-motivation and a strong desire to learn and grow in your career * Ability to operate and navigate various technical devices and systems * Ability to troubleshoot common computer issues **Why Join Our Team?** arenaflex is an employee-driven organization that prioritizes open communication, feedback, and growth opportunities.
