Key Responsibilities Actively listen to customers to understand their concerns and provide personalized solutions. Upsell products and features while emphasizing benefits and aligning with customer needs. Demonstrate excellent soft skills to provide the best customer service experience, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Provide information about customers' current plans and products, identifying opportunities to position new solutions. Navigate through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy, ensuring efficient and effective issue resolution. Essential Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications: High-speed internet with at least 10 MBPS download speed (no satellite). A USB wired headset with a noise-canceling microphone. 18+ years old with a high school diploma or GED. A quiet, secured workspace that meets blithequark's remote work requirements. Reside in Indiana (or eligible states, please check for state-specific requisitions). At least 1 year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. A professional, positive attitude and courteous telephone etiquette. Experience using a computer in a work or non-work setting, with proficiency in multiple software applications. Ability to thrive in a highly structured environment, with a strong work ethic and discipline. Schedule with open availability, including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications While not mandatory, the following qualifications are highly preferred: Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a team environment, while also being self-motivated and disciplined. Proficiciency in multiple software applications and technologies.
