* Handling inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, chats, and text communications

* Utilizing our CRM system to manage technical inquiries and follow up on customer resolutions
* Following policies and procedures regarding escalations and updates
* Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and demographic information
* Comprehending training material on various topics and sharing new concepts and content
* Adhering to federal and state laws governing the industry, as well as client Statement of Work standards and company guidelines and policies
* Attaining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monthly performance goals
**What You Need to Succeed**
To be a successful Customer Service Representative, you'll need:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain rapport with customers
* Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Self-motivation and a strong work ethic, with the ability to operate independently
* Proficiency in using various technical devices and systems, including CRM software
* Ability to troubleshoot common computer issues and provide technical support to customers
* A high school diploma or equivalent (required)

As a new hire, you'll participate in a comprehensive training program that will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in this role. Our training schedule includes:
* Two weeks of training, Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm CST
