Job Overview
In this critical role, you will be responsible for delivering best-in-class customer service to our diverse lines of business, ensuring that students and alumni receive the support and guidance they need to navigate their educational obligations. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will handle both inbound and outbound customer calls, providing clear and professional verbal and written communications to address customer inquiries and concerns. With a strong focus on productivity and performance, you will be expected to meet outbound and inbound telephone call productivity needs, utilize our CRM system for technical inquiries, and adhere to all federal and state laws governing the industry.

Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to students and alumni, responding to inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, utilizing telephones, email, chat, and text communication to resolve customer issues
Utilize our CRM system to manage technical inquiries and ensure follow-up for customer resolution
Update records with current demographic and contact information, accurately notating all interactions
Comprehend training material on a variety of topics, sharing new concepts and content with customers as needed
Adhere to all federal and state laws governing the industry, as well as client Statement of Work standards and company guidelines and policies
Attain all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monthly performance goals, demonstrating a strong commitment to productivity and performance


Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong passion for customer service, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to establish and maintain rapport with customers through effective communication and timely follow-up. You should be a self-starter with a great degree of internal motivation, able to operate and navigate various technical devices and systems with ease. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and one year of experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the Education FinTech sector or a related field
Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Experience with CRM systems and other technical software
