**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Indiana. As a 100% remote position, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, while still enjoying the benefits of a traditional office environment. **Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

* Providing information about current plans and products to customers

* Navigating multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* High-speed internet with at least 10 MBPS download speed (no satellite)
* A USB wired headset with noise-canceling microphone
* 18 years of age and a high school diploma or equivalent
* A quiet, secured workspace

* At least 1 year of customer service experience
* Professional, positive attitude and courteous telephone etiquette
