**Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will be responsible for providing best-in-class customer service to our clients, including:

* Handling inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, chats, and texts
* Providing timely and professional responses to all written communication
* Utilizing our CRM system to resolve technical inquiries and follow up with customers
* Updating records with current demographic and contact information and accurately notating all interactions
* Comprehending training material on various topics and sharing new concepts and content
* Adhering to federal and state laws governing the industry, client Statement of Work standards, and company guidelines and policies
* Attaining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monthly performance goals

**Requirements**

To be a successful Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will need:

* High school or equivalent (required)
* 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field
* Ability to establish and maintain rapport through effective communication and timely follow-up with customers
* Attention to detail
* Ability to establish priorities and multi-task in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
* Self-motivation and internal drive
* Ability to operate and navigate various technical devices and systems
* Ability to troubleshoot common computer issues

**Training and Development**

As a new hire, you will participate in a comprehensive training program, which will cover:

**Work Environment**

**Schedule**

Multiple shifts are available, including day and evening shifts. You will be required to work weekends as needed.
