With a strong focus on employee development and a culture of open communication, arenaflex offers a unique opportunity for growth, learning, and success. **Job Summary** As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to arenaflex's various lines of business, including Student Enrollment Management, Alumni Placement Verification Services, and Student Loan Counseling. You will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, chats, and texts, utilizing your exceptional communication skills to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide timely and professional responses.
